CARE GUIDE

So that you can enjoy your new favorite product from Another Cotton Lab for as long as possible, we give you our 5 most important care tips.

Don't worry, washing clothes less is not unhygienic! It's easier on your laundry basket, the environment and the fibers of your clothes, and less is often more when it comes to choosing a detergent. A high dosage does not make your clothes cleaner, but it does put more strain on the fibers. What's more, your clothes don't need fabric softener, so for the sake of your clothes and the environment, simply leave it out.

When washing your clothes, always pay attention to the care symbols and instructions on the care label sewn into the side of the garment.

For most fabrics, it is perfectly sufficient to wash them at 30°C (cold).

It is better to choose a low spin speed. High spin speeds can put a strain on the fibers and the material. Check the care label to see whether gentle or even hand wash programs are recommended.

It is best to hang your garments in the air immediately after washing (preferably not in the sun) and avoid tumble drying to protect the fibers.

We also recommend steaming clothes instead of ironing them if possible. This protects the fibers, as the steam treatment is gentler than the pressure applied with an iron. Please also make sure that you do not iron over the print.

(ORGANIC) COTTON

The natural fiber is characterized by its breathability and its ability to absorb moisture. It is also uncomplicated to care for and easy to wash. These special properties make cotton one of the most frequently used fibers at Another Cotton Lab.

  • For a crease-free look, we recommend steaming your cotton clothing
  • Please make sure that you do not iron directly over the print
